Santhanam, the latest comedy sensation in Tamil films is making big waves

Unlike comedy biggies Vadivelu and Vivek who have their roles running seperate from the main storyline, Santhanam is known for playing roles that contribute more to the storyline .
Now the latest buzz in the industry is duo Karthi (who is also playing a double role in the movie) and Santhanam has everyone in splits during the shoot for the movie ‘Siruthai’, produced by Studio Green . And all expects Santhanams on screen chemistry with karthi will work out the same manner with Boss engira Baskharan.
“The comedy track of Karthi, Santhanam and Tamannaah will be rip-roaring” , says director Siva Kumar,  who has already Telugu hits like Souryam and Sangam under his belt.
He added, “We had to re-shoot the comedy scenes several times because we all would burst out laughing while shooting it. I’m sure the audience will have a nice time siting through the movie.”
The director also highlighted the daring stunt performed by Karthi where he jumps off a 150 feet building.
While the movie turns out to be a remake of Telugu blockbuster ‘Vikramarkudu’ , they are confident they would reap the same results  as the original when the movie is released across theatres.
